TLDR: Super bad customer service (it's the website and payment systems) that outweighs whatever good this probiotic product may provide. Again (third time) they have charged me when they don't have product and they give no email or reach out with status.
Review details: The product seems to work nicely for my 7 year old dog but you really don't know unless you stop using it and I guess I will find out. They are out of the product again. I know this can happen, but the company could send out an automated email to their regular subscribers about the status of the orders. They never do.
BUT they still charge my credit card faithfully every 90 days even when they do not have product to ship. They don't ship, they don't communicate yet they pay themselves. I have to email them for support and the support team can rarely provide timelines or answers and it takes multiple attempts to obtain a refund. It's pretty irritating. It must suck to be on the support team having to answers thousands of the same question - since this could be avoided with an automated email update to subscribers.
Now the website and Shopify cart system. Obviously they contract for Shopify service for payment. I log in and Shopify shows my regular 90 day charges and "order fulfilled" etc. They had a glitch in 2023 and they charged me twice (April 3, 2023 and July 3, 2023) but never delivered product. The Shopify list shows unfulfilled and eventually after emailing with RPG customer service I was able to obtain two refunds. But WTF. They kept telling me I was an amazon customer but I'm not, I'm a subscriber on their direct site with the 10% off.
So, here we are again with my card charged and no product. No emails about what is happening and I'm waiting for emailed support to answer whatever screwed up thing they have in their system. It's indicative that they do not list a customer team phone number. I'm just kind of over it and I'm going to cancel except they have no 'manage your subscription' button nor any way to cancel except thru disputing this with my credit card company and trying from that end to stop the service. And also waiting for a refund before initialing the process.
