From here, the “Subscribe and Save” option is already set for you once the page loads, and you simply have to add how many jars of chews you’d like to have in your order and future orders, and how often you would like them shipped, then click or tap “add to cart” and you’re all set to check out! How long will my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 days. NOTE: If your order is placed on a Saturday or any time after 12 P.M. Mountain Time, Sunday-Friday, it will be processed the next business day.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Is Shipping Free? 

Shipping is absolutely free for all Subscribe and Save orders for anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.


If your order is not from our Subscribe and Save program, shipping costs are calculated at check out and vary depending on the size of the order, weight, and desired delivery location.

How do I update my shipping address after I placed an order?

If an order needs a separate delivery address than the one shown on your order confirmation email, please contact us at support@readypetgosupplements.com with the full name on the order, the order number, the address that is currently on track to deliver to, and the new shipping address you would like to receive the order. We cannot promise an order can be altered before it is picked up by the carrier, but we will do everything we can to do so. 

What do I do if my shipment is delayed?

There are no delays in orders processing and leaving our warehouse. However, due to Covid-19, there may be some delays once your package is in the hands of our carrier, USPS or UPS. Our orders are usually received within 1-3 business days. Please note that these are estimates and delivery dates can fluctuate.

My order has shipped, but the tracking information is not updated.

USPS or UPS may take 24 hours to update the tracking link so the delivery status may not show in real-time as you package is in transit. While carrier shipping delays are outside of our control, customer satisfaction is our top priority so please contact us (support@readypetgosupplements.com) if you have not received your package within 10 business days.

My package is marked delivered, but I have not received it.

At Ready Pet Go!, we offer a 60-day return policy, no questions asked. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order within 60 days of placing it, please let us know so we can make it right. At Ready Pet Go!, we stand behind our products and only want the best for your pet. Any feedback as to why you’re not satisfied will only go to help us improve for every other fury friend of ours. If more than 60 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How long does it take to process a return/refund?

We begin processing your refund as soon as we receive your order. Once started, you can expect to receive your refund in 7-14 business days, depending on your method of payment.

Can I return items from my subscription order for a refund?

If you would like to return or exchange one or more items in a subscription order, then you can do so within 30 days of receiving said order. All items in your order must be in the same condition you received them in, sealed and unopened.
