ORDER QUESTIONS

Q: When can I expect my order?

A: All orders are processed within 1-3 days and sent via USPS or UPS. You can expect your order to arrive 3-7 days on average in the continental US once it has been processed.


Standard Shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental US. For orders placed to deliver in Alaska and Hawaii, please allot additional time for delivery.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You will receive an email confirmation with details about your purchase, along with your receipt, within 24 hours of placing your order.


Additionally, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information for you to review in real-time. And when your order is out for delivery, you will be notified via email as well.

A: Shipping is absolutely free for all Subscribe and Save orders for anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.


If your order is not from our Subscribe and Save program, shipping costs are calculated at check out and vary depending on the size of the order, weight, and desired delivery location.

If you are ordering in bulk (15+ items), please contact us at support@readypetgosupplements.com for shipping cost information. Orders over 15 items, will not be processed automatically and may cause a delay in shipping if placed before contacting us at the email provided above.


Q: How do I update my shipping address after I placed an order?

A: If an order needs a separate delivery address than the one shown on your order confirmation email, please contact us at support@readypetgosupplements.com with the full name on the order, the order number, the address that is currently on track to deliver to, and the new shipping address you would like to receive the order. We cannot promise an order can be altered before it is picked up by the carrier, but we will do everything we can to do so.


Q: What do I do if my shipment is delayed?

A: There are no delays in orders processing and leaving our warehouse. However, due to Covid-19, there may be some delays once your package is in the hands of our carrier, USPS or UPS. Our orders are usually received within 1-3 business days. Please note that these are estimates and delivery dates can fluctuate.

Q: My order has shipped, but the tracking information is not updated.

A: USPS or UPS may take 24 hours to update the tracking link so the delivery status may not show in real-time as you package is in transit. While carrier shipping delays are outside of our control, customer satisfaction is our top priority so please contact us (support@readypetgosupplements.com) if you have not received your package within 10 business days.

Q: My package is marked delivered, but I have not received it.

A: While carrier shipping delays are outside of our control, please notify us (support@reasypetgosupplements.com) if you have not received your package within 48 hours after your shipping status shows “Delivered.”

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Q: What is the Ready Pet Go! Return and refund policy?

A: At Ready Pet Go!, we offer a 60-day return policy, no questions asked. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order within 60 days of placing it, please let us know so we can make it right. At Ready Pet Go!, we stand behind our products and only want the best for your pet. Any feedback as to why you’re not satisfied will only go to help us improve for every other fury friend of ours. So please, do let us know how we can improve our products, your experience, and the satisfaction of your pup.


If more than 60 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

A: We begin processing your refund as soon as we receive your order. Once started, you can expect to receive your refund in 7-14 business days, depending on your method of payment.
